I can't find a product that I need on your website. What should I do?
Please send us an email to  sales@biosafetysupplies.com.au with the item description and quantity. With our network of manufacturing partners, we will do our best to fulfil your request.

Are you able to deliver to me?
Yes, We offer delivery services across all regions in Australia.

Are you able to do a last-minute urgent delivery?
Yes, we offer a next day dispatch for some products.
Additional delivery charges applicable.

What is the usual lead time?
Our standard lead time for dispatch is s 1-3 working days upon order confirmation.
We can offer overnight express services with additional charges

Product delivered is wrong or faulty.
Kindly inform us immediately by email at  sales@biosafetysupplies.com.au and we will attend to you as soon as possible. 

Are the pricing for the items fixed?
Yes, prices are fixed for small quantities. Bundle Pricing is offered when you select the product. For large quantities and regular purchases, please email us at sales@biosafetysupplies.com.au and we will offer you further discounts wherever applicable.

Is there any installation requirements?
Depending on the type of products, Installation my be required.

Do I need a forklift at site?
Depending on the product type, you may need a forklift to facilitate the unloading and moving the products. If you do not have a forklift, please contact us to provide a delivery with a tailgate.

Do the products comes with a Warranty?
Yes, we provide a  minimum 1 year warranty. Please refer to each products for the warranty.

What methods of payment do you accept?
Our preferred mode is wireless payment by Bank Transfer.
